Yes — absolutely. Our classes are designed for all levels, including complete beginners. Our teachers guide you clearly through each class, offering options so you can move at your own pace.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring yourself, water, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide mats, sweat towels, and full change room amenities including lockers, showers and hairdryers. Please note no mobile phones or valuables allowed in class rooms.

How hot are the classes?

Our classes are heated between 30–36 degrees depending on the style. Expect to sweat, build strength, and leave feeling reset.

How do I book a class?

Simply head to the timetable, choose your class, and click “Book.”  If you’re new, you can start with our Intro Offer or 28 Day Kickstart.

Yes — we recommend booking ahead as classes can fill quickly, especially peak times. You can book easily through our timetable.

Yes — we have premium change rooms with showers, towels, and amenities provided. Everything is designed to make your experience seamless before and after class.

Do you offer student or concession rates?

Yes we offer 15% off selected pricing options and memberships (see pricing page) with valid student cards or health care concession card. Not available online and proof of ID at front desk.
