Flow & Power
Hot Yoga
36 degrees. Expect a dynamic vinyasa yoga class with bursts of energy and brief recovery intervals. Fluid movements, accessible for beginners, and challenges for advanced students. Get ready to sweat!
Power Yoga
30-degrees. Embrace core-focused, strength-building movements. Link them to deep breathing for a distinctive cardio workout, frequently revisiting postures for familiarity. Hot & Sweaty!

Hot Pilates (coming June 2026)
30 degrees. A 45-minute, full-body Pilates class designed to build strength, improve posture and challenge your core. Blending classic mat Pilates with dynamic sequencing, this class targets deep muscle groups and builds endurance. Low impact. High intensity.
Hot Sculpt
30 degrees. A strength-based class combining yoga, weights and functional movement. Designed to build lean muscle, improve conditioning and elevate heart rate through structured, music-driven sequencing. Strong. Dynamic. Full body.
Strength & Heat

Recovery & Reset
Yin Yoga
25 degrees. Hot & Power classes emphasize muscular movement (yang), while yin yoga targets deep connective tissues. It's slow but not easy, allowing self-awareness and stretching tight tissues.
Move & Let Go
30 degrees. Start with Vinyasa flow, finish with deep fascial release for tissue recovery. Blend strength and muscle release for greater flexibility. Feel rejuvenated, as if you've been to a spa.
